By engaging in interactive activities online instead of and in addition to more traditional research, Burt’s can gain qualitative and quantitative insights on a weekly basis. Community members engage in activities like surveys, collages, diaries and forums, all on VisionCritical’s Sparq platform. Burt’s Bees’ community consists of over 2,000 members who have been pre-screened and segmented based on consumer type.
